The ceremony and the reception are combined into one event in the same place, at City Church!
Feasting is a beautiful spiritual practice, and we're excited to share a meal with you in the sanctuary.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at City Church between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession beings at 4:00 PM.
Is there parking at the location?
Yes! City Church has a big lot with plenty of parking available for everybody. You can enter the parking lot on 51st (East-bound) or Peoria (South-bound).
What time do we eat? What time does the wedding end?
Dinner will be served shortly after the ceremony, around 5:00 PM. We plan to keep partying until 8:00 PM.
What should I wear to the wedding?
The dress code for our wedding day is Sunday Best. Wear whatever brings you joy, you beautiful human, and come dressed to celebrate our love before God and our community.
Nobody will fault you for going all out! But you might feel a little out of place if you show up in shorts and flip-flops.
Our ceremony and reception will be fully indoors, so we'll be spared from Tulsa's summer heat in the air-conditioned sanctuary.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Yes! We kindly ask for no flash photography during the ceremony, but you are welcome to take pictures discreetly on your phone/camera.
During our dinner & dance reception, we encourage you to take as many pictures as you can. Just remember to send them to us: we want to see the party through your eyes!
Will there be alcohol at the reception?
City Church is an alcohol- and tobacco-free venue. We won't be serving any alcoholic drinks at our party. Come ready for a delicious dinner and lots of dancing!
Also, nobody's stopping you from pre-gaming.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/GF options?
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Yes! We're looking forward to celebrating with your whole family!
Can I bring a plus one?
To ensure we accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size when you RSVP on this website. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
